This is to reiterate that we have declared 22 May 2006 to 18 June 2006 as a 4-week Critical Work Period for L2S. With this, everybody is enjoined to provide full support by strictly adhering to your respective regular shift and weekly scheduled WoRDs.
To those with 100% compliance, the following CASH INCENTIVES will apply:
Perfect Attendance – no absences on shift and scheduled WoRD throughout the 4-week Critical Work Period. This is on-top of the regular Monthly Perfect Attendance. Amount is equivalent to the current applicable cash incentive stipulated in the perfect attendance scheme.
Scheduled WoRD (SW) Adherence – all concerned employees will be given 4 SWs during the 4-week Critical Work Period. Upon completing the scheduled WoRDs, the employee will be able to receive the following progressive incentives ON TOP of the regular pay for the rendered WoRD:
additional P250.00 for the first rendered WoRD.
additional P300.00 for the second rendered WoRD.
additional P350.00 for the third rendered WoRD.
additional P400.00 for the fourth rendered WoRD.
If an employee is absent in one of his/her SWs, only the applicable rates will apply:
For example:
PSR is present on Week 1=additional P250
PSR is absent on Week 2 = additional P0.00 + IR/NTE
PSR is present on Week 3 = additional P300 only [since it’s just his/her second rendered WoRD).
Please take note that payments for all incentives shall be given on the nearest payroll date AFTER the 4-week Critical Work Period.
Also, please be reminded that non-adherence to the Policy on Critical Work Day/Week/Month shall be dealt with accordingly. So, I enjoin you to please review the policy (Memorandum No. 2005-013) and have it discussed with your respective teams.
